I’m Llorenç Balañà and I was born in Capafonts, a village I really love and a place where I can practice my hobbies; the field, the vineyard, hiking and the production of local wines, champagne (cava), vermouth and liquors.

I enjoy experimenting with wine and all its byproducts. Therefore, If you wish to learn about the production of wine I can share with you my knowledge in this field and offer you a tasting and a visit to the vineyards. I’m interested in literature, writing and the medical field, which is my profession too. I will be more than happy to have you as guests in el Celler de cal Garriga and have the chance to meet you in person.
